Payment and delivery methods

 

A. Product Payment

The payment methods accepted on www.belher.ro are the following:

• (1) cash on delivery payment;
• (2) card payment;
• (3) payment with shopping card or credit card in 1-4 equal installments without interest for partner banks (Credit Europe Bank, Banca Transilvania, Garanti Bank, Alpha Bank, and BRD Finance)

The use of vouchers, gift cards, or discount codes will be made according to the regulations and/or policies under which they were granted. Vouchers, gift cards, and discount codes cannot be combined with other vouchers or discounts and cannot be converted into cash (their value cannot be requested). 

 

1. Cash on delivery payment

Upon delivery of the order by courier, you can pay the amount in cash on delivery.

2. Online card payment when placing the order

Products ordered on www.belher.ro can be paid online by bank card at the time of placing the order. Accepted card types are: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro. All online payments are processed through Netopia. The website will not request or store your card data. To correctly complete the transaction, you must provide the card code (all digits from the four groups on the front of the card), the expiration date, and the last three digits on the back of the card. Regardless of the currency in your account, transactions are made in lei, at the exchange rate used by the card issuing bank.

If you choose to pay by card, the issuing institution will validate and authorize the payment. If the transaction is not processed for reasons beyond our control (e.g., insufficient funds on the card, expired card), the contract between the parties is not concluded and we will have no obligation to deliver the products, but you can select another payment method or try processing the payment again with a valid card. Please note that making an online payment by bank card does not guarantee Order Confirmation.

3. Equal installments without interest

 - Credit Europe Bank - Card Advantage

Using the Avantaj Card from Credit Europe Bank, you can pay in 2 to 4 interest-free installments directly on the website www.belher.ro.

 - How can you get an Avantaj Card?

• you can go to any Credit Europe Bank branch;
• apply online at www.cardavantaj.ro in the "Apply now" section;
• call CEBLine by dialing 0801.000.000 (callable from Telekom fixed network) or 0750.000.000 (callable from any network) and request the issuance of an Avantaj Card;

 - Banca Transilvania - Star Forte

Pay with Star Forte from Banca Transilvania on www.belher.ro and benefit from:

• up to 4 interest-free installments for any payment, if you choose installment payment;
• 0.3% of the purchase value in Star Points, if you choose full payment;
• grace period of up to 56 days - valid for all transactions (payments to merchants - full or in installments, cash withdrawals, utility payments, etc.);

Included in the Star Card program are the shopping cards: Star Forte, MasterCard Forte, MasterCard Forte for Doctors, Star Gold, Visa Gold, Visa Gold BT-Rotary, Star Platinum, Visa Platinum, Visa Business Gold Credit Card, Visa Business Silver Credit Card, Visa Flying Blue Classic, and Visa Flying Blue Premium.

Payment using the card can be made exclusively online.

Using BRD Finance from BRD you can pay up to 4 interest-free installments, directly on the website www.belher.ro.

B. Product delivery

Delivery of Products from the Order confirmed by www.belher.ro via email and phone is made by courier to the address provided by the Client during the Order submission process. The Product will be shipped together with accompanying documents required by current legislation. 

• Delivery of Products ordered online is made within Romania, through a rapid courier company.
• Orders placed before 4:00 PM and for which Order Acceptance has been sent by the Seller will be delivered within 24 hours from Order Confirmation.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM and for which Order Confirmation has been sent by www.belher.ro will be delivered within 48 hours from Order Confirmation.

Orders placed on Saturday after 4:00 PM, and on Sunday will be processed on the next working day and delivered within 24 hours from Order Confirmation.

 

In all cases, delivery time may be influenced by product availability in stock.

For each online order, a shipping cost including VAT will be applied, which will be displayed separately on the order and invoice as follows:

• for orders with a total value less than 600 lei (VAT included), a shipping cost of 17 lei (VAT included) will be applied, which will be displayed separately on the order and invoice;
• for orders with a value over 600 lei (VAT included) the shipping cost is borne by the Seller (free) within the territory of Romania;

 

After delivery of the Products, we recommend that you check the contents of the package, the integrity, and the appearance of the products and accessories. Any complaint must be notified in writing or by phone within 24 hours of Product delivery. Any subsequent complaint in this regard will not be considered.

We do not assume responsibility for delays caused by courier companies. Delivery times may be shifted by a time interval beyond the control of Beauty Innovation SRL due to delays in courier activity. By placing the Order on the Website, you accept this fact, being informed of possible delays in Product delivery, both through these T&C and through the Order Acceptance email.
