Belher product orders can be placed both on our website and by phone, using the numbers displayed on our website in the Contact section. By placing an order, you declare that you agree to the Belher terms and conditions as described on our website.
Orders placed and confirmed by phone on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday until 3:00 PM on our website or by phone will be shipped to the recipient on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped to the recipient on the next business day.

Orders placed and confirmed by phone on Fridays until 3:00 PM on our website or by phone will be shipped to the recipient on the same day and will be delivered on the following Monday.

If, after placing an order, you change your mind and no longer want the ordered products or some of them, or if you want a different product than the one ordered, please notify us as soon as possible at one of the phone numbers displayed on our website in the Contact section. Our colleagues will do their best to modify or cancel the order.

Belher delivers throughout the entire country via a courier company.
For courier delivery, the delivery time is fast and does not exceed 1-3 business days from the moment the order is confirmed.

The shipping fee is 25 lei, with no additional charges, anywhere in Romania.

We deliver internationally – the shipping fee is 200 lei to the USA and the European Union (Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, Moldova, Austria, Belgium, Czechia)

We deliver internationally to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Asia – the shipping cost is 250 lei.

For international delivery, payment for the product and shipping must be made in advance by bank transfer or card; exchanges or returns are available according to the policy within 14 calendar days, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Belher will not be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, possible delays from the courier company, or any other circumstances beyond Belher's control and not attributable to it. Belher is not responsible for theft or loss of the package from the moment it is handed over to the courier.

Additionally, Belher will not be held in any way responsible for problems encountered or incorrect deliveries resulting from incorrect completion of personal delivery information by users/buyers (phone number, wrong address, etc.) when placing the order, which may result in your package being returned to Belher, in which case you will bear the delivery and any costs related to the refund of the purchased products or a new delivery if you place a new order. For these reasons, to prevent any unwanted issues, please pay special attention when filling in the required fields in the Delivery section when placing an order.

Regarding information about the shipment of your order, if you choose courier delivery, once the order is handed over to the courier, an AWB number will be issued, which you can use to obtain up-to-date information about the status and location of your package. In the event of a delivery delay, customers will be notified directly by the courier and/or by Belher.

Upon receiving the order, customers are asked to carefully check the package BEFORE signing for receipt, to see if there are any signs of tearing, breaking, etc.
For orders with a value greater than 490 lei, shipping is free. In case of order return, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
