3. Copyright and Related Rights / Copyright
S.C. Beauty Innovation S.R.L. is the owner of the website belher.ro and all its content, including but not limited to texts, photos, video content, etc., and these are protected by the provisions of Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights.
Thus, reproduction, modification, transmission, republication, and/or redistribution of these to third parties for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited without the written consent of Belher.

4. Orders/Delivery Conditions
Belher product orders can be placed both on our website and by phone, at the numbers displayed on the website in the Contact section. By placing an order, you declare that you agree with Belher's terms and conditions, as described on our website.
Orders placed and confirmed by phone on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday until 15:00 on our website or by phone will be sent to the recipient on the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 will be sent to the recipient on the next working day.
Orders placed and confirmed by phone on Fridays until 15:00 on our website or by phone will be sent to the recipient on the same day and will be delivered on the following Monday.
If, after placing an order, you change your mind and no longer wish to receive the ordered products or some of them, or if you want a different product than the one ordered, please notify us as soon as possible at one of the phone numbers displayed on our website in the Contact section. Our colleagues will do their best to modify or cancel the order.
Belher delivers throughout the entire country, via a courier company.
In the case of delivery by courier, the delivery time is fast and does not exceed 1-3 working days from the moment the order is confirmed.
The shipping fee is 25 lei, with no additional charges, anywhere in the country.
Belher will not be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, possible delays from the courier company, or any other circumstances beyond Belher's control and not attributable to it. Belher is not responsible for theft or loss of the parcel from the moment it has been handed over to the courier.
Also, Belher will not be held in any way responsible for problems encountered or incorrect deliveries due to incorrect completion of personal delivery data by users/buyers (phone number, wrong address, etc.) when placing the order, thus there is the possibility that your package will be returned to Belher, in which case you will bear the delivery transport and any costs related to the refund of the value of the purchased products, or a new transport if you place a new order. For these reasons, to prevent any unwanted problems, please pay special attention when filling in the necessary fields in the Delivery section when placing an order.
Regarding information about the shipment of the order, if you choose delivery by courier, upon handing over the order to the courier, an AWB number will be issued, with which you will be able to obtain information at any time about the status and location of your package. In the event of a possible delay in the delivery of the package, customers will be notified directly by the courier and/or by Belher.
Upon receiving the order, customers are requested to carefully check the package BEFORE signing for its receipt, to see if there are any signs of tearing, breaking, etc.
5. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the order placed, the product(s) can be returned to Belher within 14 calendar days from the date you take physical possession of the products, in which case they can be replaced or we can refund their value to you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the moment of verifying the condition and state in which the products were returned to Belher.
Also, before the expiration of the period in which you can return the order, the buyer must inform Belher of their decision by completing the form whose template can be found in this section, or you can send us an email containing your decision. It is considered that you have exercised your right of return within the 14 calendar days mentioned above if the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent ofto you before the expiration of the respective period. It is also considered that you have exercised your right of return if the products are sent back by you to Belher before the expiration of the 14 calendar days period, according to art. 14 para. (1) of GEO no. 34 of June 4, 2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals.

All products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Belher does not accept products that have undergone unauthorized interventions or that have been damaged by you, directly or indirectly, such as damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear or use, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks; we also cannot accept products that are not accompanied by all accessories.
Also, all Belher products must be returned in the original packaging in which you received them, accompanied by the original, intact labels, the original warranty certificate if issued by the manufacturer/distributor, and all documents with which they were delivered. If the delivered products were accompanied by any gifts, when returning the products, you must also return the gifts.
All costs incurred for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of June 4, 2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts, "The following are excepted from the right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 9-15 with regard to distance contracts and contracts concluded outside commercial premises:
(...) e) the supply of sealed products which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed by the consumer;(...)".
Therefore, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, no product with a seal that has been removed or altered will be accepted for return.
BelHer prides itself on the excellent compliance of all products sold, and all products are rigorously inspected by our team before being sent to you.
For this reason, when returning a product, once it arrives at our headquarters, it is evaluated and inspected by our experts to ensure the product is in the same condition as when it was sent.
If you choose to exchange an initial product, the product must first arrive at our headquarters to be inspected by our experts, and only after that will the replacement product be shipped.
Hair extensions and ponytails:
- these can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you take physical possession of the products;
- extensions and ponytails made from human hair, in accordance with the aforementioned national and European legal provisions, are in the category of products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed by the consumer;
- all extensions and ponytails have a seal, with which they are attached to the packaging, and once this seal has been removed or altered in any way, the product will no longer be accepted, under any circumstances, for return or exchange.
- please check the extensions when you take possession of them, to ensure they match the model, color, and length you desire, before removing them from the packaging, breaking the seal, or handling them in any way;
- Belher is in no way responsible for any problems resulting from improper application of semi-permanent extensions (with keratin, microring, adhesive tape, sewn) or for unsuccessful dyeing of any human hair products.
Wigs and hair accessories:
- these can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you take physical possession of the products;
- wigs and hair accessories, in accordance with the aforementioned national and European legal provisions, are in the category of products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed by the consumer;
- please send them back in the original packaging and with the tag intact;
- wigs that have been brushed, styled, dyed, cut, or have had any kind of treatment applied (e.g. shampoo, conditioner, hairspray, mousse, gel) will NOT be accepted for return;
- please check the wig when you take possession of it, to ensure it matches the model, color, and length you desire, before removing the tag or handling it in any way.
Hair straighteners and curling irons:
- these can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you take physical possession of the products;
- products must be returned in the complete and undamaged original packaging, without signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks; also, we cannot accept products that are not accompanied by all accessories;
