Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, the product(s) can be returned to BelHer within 14 calendar days from the date you take physical possession of the products. In this case, the products may be exchanged or we can refund their value to you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the moment the condition and status of the returned products have been checked by BelHer.

Additionally, before the return period expires, the buyer must inform BelHer of their decision by completing the form provided in this section, or by sending us an email stating your decision. You are considered to have exercised your right of return within the 14 calendar days mentioned above if the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent by you before the expiration of this period. You are also considered to have exercised your right of return if the products are sent back to BelHer by you before the expiration of the 14 calendar days, in accordance with Article 14, paragraph (1) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of June 4, 2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals.

Only products purchased from the online store www.belher.ro can be returned. Products purchased from the physical BelHer store cannot be returned.

All products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. If the products show signs of wear, have been unsealed, or have been altered with styling products, a fee of 100 RON will be charged as a resealing fee.

BelHer does not accept products that have undergone unauthorized interventions or have been damaged by you, directly or indirectly, such as those with damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear or use, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks; we also cannot accept products that are not accompanied by all accessories.

Furthermore, all BelHer products must be returned in their original packaging as received, accompanied by the original, intact labels, the original warranty certificate if issued by the manufacturer/distributor, and all documents delivered with the products. If the delivered products were accompanied by gifts, you must also return the gifts when returning the products.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

In accordance with Article 16 of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of June 4, 2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts, “The following are excepted from the right of withdrawal provided in Articles 9-15 regarding distance and off-premises contracts:

(...) e) the supply of sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer; (...)”.

Therefore, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, no product with a removed or altered seal will be accepted for return.

BelHer prides itself on the excellent compliance of all products sold, and all products are rigorously checked by our team before being sent to you.

For this reason, when a product is returned, once it arrives at our headquarters, it is evaluated and checked by our experts to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was sent.

If you choose to exchange an initial product, the product must first arrive at our headquarters to be checked by our experts, and only after that will the replacement product be shipped.

For orders over 600 lei, shipping is free. In the case of a return, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Hair extensions and ponytails:

- these can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you take physical possession of the products;

- extensions and ponytails made from human hair fall, in accordance with the above-mentioned national and European legal provisions, into the category of products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they have been unsealed by the consumer;

- all extensions and ponytails have a seal attaching them to the packaging, and once this seal has been removed or altered in any way, the product will no longer be accepted, under any circumstances, for return or exchange.

- please check the extensions as soon as you receive them to ensure they match the model, color, and length you desire before removing them from the packaging, breaking the seal, or handling them in any way;

- BelHer is not in any way responsible for any issues resulting from improper application of semi-permanent extensions (keratin, microring, adhesive tape, sewn-in) or for unsuccessful dyeing of any human hair products.

Wigs and hair accessories:

- these can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you take physical possession of the products;

- wigs and hair accessories fall, in accordance with the above-mentioned national and European legal provisions, into the category of products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they have been unsealed by the consumer;

- please return them in the original packaging with the label intact;

- wigs that have been brushed, styled, dyed, cut, or treated in any way (e.g., shampoo, conditioner, hairspray, mousse, gel) will NOT be accepted for return;

- please check the wig as soon as you receive it to ensure it matches the model, color, and length you desire before removing the label or handling it in any way.

Hair straighteners and curling irons:

- these can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you take physical possession of the products;

- products must be returned in their complete and undamaged original packaging, without signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks; we also cannot accept products that are not accompanied by all accessories;
