Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, the product(s) can be returned to Belher within 14 calendar days from the date you take physical possession of the products. In this case, the products can be replaced or we can refund their value to you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the moment the condition and state of the returned products have been checked by Belher.

Also, before the expiration of the period in which you can return the order, the buyer must inform Belher of their decision by completing the form whose template can be found in this section, or you can send us an email containing your decision. It is considered that you have exercised your right of return within the 14 calendar days mentioned above if the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent by you before the expiration of this period. Likewise, it is considered that you have exercised your right of return if the products are sent back by you to Belher before the expiration of the 14 calendar days, according to art. 14 para. (1) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of June 4, 2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals.

Products purchased from the online store www.belher.ro can be returned. Products purchased from the physical Belher store cannot be returned.

All products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. If the products show signs of wear, no longer have the original packaging, or the label has been removed, have been unsealed, or have been altered with styling products, a resealing fee of 15% of the product value will be charged as a resealing fee.

Belher does not accept products that have undergone unauthorized interventions or have been damaged by you, directly or indirectly, such as those with damaged or incomplete packaging, showing signs of wear or use, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks; likewise, we cannot accept products that are not accompanied by all accessories.

Also, all Belher products must be returned in the original packaging in which you received them, accompanied by the original, intact labels, the original warranty certificate if issued by the manufacturer/distributor, and all documents with which they were delivered to you. If the delivered products were accompanied by any gifts, when returning the products, you must also return the gifts.

All return-related expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.

In accordance with the provisions of art. 16 of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of June 4, 2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts, “The following are excepted from the right of withdrawal provided for in art. 9-15 regarding distance contracts and contracts concluded outside commercial premises:

(...) e) the supply of sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer; (...)”.

Therefore, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, no product whose seal has been removed or altered will be accepted for return.

Belher prides itself on the excellent compliance of all products sold, and all products are rigorously checked by our team before being sent to you.

For this reason, when returning a product, once it arrives at our headquarters, it is evaluated and checked by our experts to ensure that the product is in the same condition as when it was sent.

If you choose to exchange an initial product, the product must first arrive at our headquarters to be checked by our experts, and only after that will the replacement product be shipped.

In the case of returning the order, the transport fee of 25 lei will be borne by the client and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

Hair extensions and ponytails:

- these can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you take physical possession of the products;

- extensions and ponytails made from human hair fall, in accordance with the above-mentioned national and European legal provisions, into the category of products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they have been unsealed by the consumer;

- all extensions and ponytails have a seal with which they are attached to the packaging, and once this seal has been removed or altered in any way, the product will no longer be accepted, under any circumstances, for return or exchange.

- please check the extensions when you take possession of them to ensure they match the model, color, and length you desire before removing them from the packaging, unsealing them, or handling them in any way;

- Belher is in no way responsible for any issues resulting from improper application of semi-permanent extensions (with keratin, microring, adhesive tape, sewn) or for unsuccessful dyeing of all human hair products.

Wigs and hair accessories:

- these can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you take physical possession of the products;

- wigs and hair accessories fall, in accordance with the above-mentioned national and European legal provisions, into the category of products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they have been unsealed by the consumer;

- please send them back in the original packaging and with the label intact;

- wigs that have been brushed, styled, dyed, cut, or have undergone any kind of treatment (e.g., shampoo, conditioner, hairspray, mousse, gel) will NOT be accepted for return;

- please check the wig when you take possession of it to ensure it matches the model, color, and length you desire before removing the label or handling it in any way.

Hair straighteners and curling irons:

- these can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you take physical possession of the products;

- the products must be returned in the complete and undamaged original packaging, without signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks; likewise, we cannot accept products that are not accompanied by all accessories;
