The use of the name or the Bel Her logo without the consent of "Beauty Innovation S.R.L" constitutes a crime and is punishable under criminal law.
3. Copyright and Related Rights / Copyright
S.C. Beauty Innovation S.R.L. is the owner of the website belher.ro and all its content, including but not limited to texts, pictures, video content, etc., and they are protected by the provisions of Law no. 8/1996 regarding copyright and related rights.
Thus, reproduction, modification, transmission, republication and/or redistribution of these to third parties for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without the written consent of BelHer.
BelHer does not allow the use of the website content or the registered trademark for purposes and conditions other than those stated above.
4. Orders/Delivery Conditions
Belher product orders can be placed both on our website and by phone, at the numbers displayed on the website in the Contact section. When placing an order, you declare that you agree with Belher's terms and conditions, as described on our website.
Orders placed and confirmed by phone on the days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday until 3:00 PM on our website or by phone will be sent to the recipient on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be sent to the recipient the next working day.
Orders placed and confirmed by phone on Fridays until 3:00 PM on our website or by phone will be sent to the recipient the same day and delivered on Monday of the following week.
If after placing an order you change your mind and no longer want the ordered products or some of them, or want a different product than the one ordered, please notify us as soon as possible at one of the phone numbers listed on our website in the Contact section. Our colleagues will do their best to modify or cancel the order.
Belher delivers throughout the country, through a courier company.
For courier delivery, the delivery time is fast and does not exceed 1-3 business days from the order confirmation.
The shipping cost is 17 lei, with no additional fees, anywhere in the country.
Belher will not be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, possible delays from the courier company, or any other circumstances beyond Bel Her's control and not attributable to it. Bel Her is not responsible for theft or loss of the package from the moment it has been handed over to the courier.
Also, Belher will not be held responsible in any way for problems encountered or incorrect deliveries made due to incorrect completion of personal delivery data by users/buyers (phone number, wrong address, etc.) when placing the order, thus there is a possibility that your package will be returned to BelHer, in which case you will bear the delivery transport and any costs related to the return of the value of the purchased products, or a new transport if you place a new order. For these reasons, to prevent any unwanted problems, please pay special attention when filling in the necessary fields in the Delivery section when placing an order.
Regarding information about order shipping, if you choose courier delivery, once the order is handed over to the courier, an AWB number will be issued, which you can use to continuously track the status and location of your package. In case of any delivery delay, customers will be notified directly by the courier and/or Belher.
Upon receiving the order, customers are asked to carefully check the package BEFORE signing for its receipt, to see if it shows signs of tearing, breaking, etc.
5. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the order placed, the product(s) can be returned to Belher within 14 calendar days from the date you take physical possession of the products, in which case they can be replaced or we can refund their value as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the moment of checking the condition and terms in which the products were returned to Belher.
Also, before the expiration of the period in which you can return the order, the buyer must inform Belher about their decision by completing the form whose model you can find in this section, or you can send us an email containing this decision of yours. It is considered that you have exercised the right of return within the 14 calendar day period mentioned above, if the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent de cto you before the expiration of the respective period. Also, it is considered that you have exercised your right of return if the products are sent back by you to Belher before the expiration of the 14 calendar day period, according to art. 14 para. (1) of GEO no. 34 of June 4, 2014 regarding consumer rights within contracts concluded with professionals.

All products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Belher does not accept products that have undergone unauthorized interventions or that have been damaged by you, directly or indirectly, such as having damaged or incomplete packaging, showing signs of wear or use, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks; also, we cannot accept products that are not accompanied by all accessories.
Also, all Belher products must be returned in the original packaging in which you received them, accompanied by the original intact labels, the original warranty certificate if issued by the manufacturer/distributor, and all documents with which they were delivered to you. If the delivered products were accompanied by any gifts, when returning the products, you must also return the gifts.
All costs incurred for the return are borne by the buyer.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 16 of Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of June 4, 2014, regarding consumer rights within contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts, “The following are exempt from the right of withdrawal provided in art. 9-15 concerning distance contracts and contracts outside commercial premises:
(...) e) the supply of sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer;(...).
Therefore, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, for health protection or hygiene reasons, no product with a removed or altered seal will be accepted for return.
BelHer prides itself on the excellent compliance of all marketed products, and all products are rigorously checked by our team before being sent to you.
That is why, when returning a product, once it arrives at our headquarters, it is evaluated and checked by our experts to ensure the product is in the same condition as when it was sent.
If you choose to exchange an initial product, the product must first arrive at our headquarters to be checked by our experts, and only after that will the replacement product be delivered.
Hair extensions and ponytails:
- they can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you take physical possession of the products;
- extensions and ponytails made from human hair represent, in accordance with the aforementioned national and European legal provisions, the category of products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed by the consumer;
- all extensions and ponytails have a seal attaching them to the packaging, and once this seal has been removed or altered in any way, the product will no longer be accepted under any circumstances for return or exchange.
- please check the extensions at the moment you receive them, to ensure they match the model, color, and length you wanted, before removing them from the packaging, breaking the seal, or handling them in any way;
- Belher is in no way responsible for any issues resulting from improper application of semi-permanent extensions (with keratin, microring, adhesive tape, sewn) or for unsuccessful dyeing of all human hair products.
Wigs and hair accessories:
- they can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you take physical possession of the products;
- wigs and hair accessories represent, in accordance with the aforementioned national and European legal provisions, the category of products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed by the consumer;
- please send them back in the original packaging and with the label intact;
- wigs that have been brushed, styled, dyed, cut, or treated in any way (e.g., shampoo, conditioner, hairspray, mousse, gel) WILL NOT be accepted for return;
- please check the wig at the moment you receive it, to ensure it matches the model, color, and length you wanted, before removing the tag or handling it in any way.
Hair straighteners and curling irons:
- they can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you take physical possession of the products;
- products must be returned in the original complete and undamaged packaging without signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks; also, we cannot accept products that are not accompanied by all accessories;
