Double drawn Remy hair (double volume) undergoes a labor-intensive process where all the washed hair is drawn from the tips and cut to remove split or dead ends. This improves the condition and appearance of the hair, making it shinier and stronger. The hair is then drawn a second time to sort it into lengths with a maximum difference of 5 cm. 18" bundles will contain only hair between 43 and 48 cm, 16" bundles will contain only hair between 35 and 40 cm, nothing shorter.
